Company Rehaul: Complete
This package includes everything within the Company Rehaul package, but I work with you to execute and you have me as a consultant for 1 month.(Two 1 on 1 1hr Video sessions a week, but if you need me in between that time we can set up a 15-30 min call as well) We work together to develop your marketing materials whether it be learning how to design your own marketing materials or learning the best way to converse with designers. I look at your prior marketing strategies you've done in the past and we work together so you can learn how to handle marketing your company in the future. I will require paypal/square/stripe/etc. statements of sales for the 30-90 days prior to us getting started. I will then require weekly copies of your sales to evaluate the growth of your company throughout the program.
This package starts with a business call to evaluate what your business has done thus far and to address what you're looking to achieve. I will then evaluate your website and social media pages. Once everything is viewed we will spend a few hours going over your systems.(Your first session typically is 1.5-2hrs) We will review how you communicate with clients via email, talk about how your business was registered, discuss what you've done with your finances, review your current retail prices to determine how much profit you're making per bundle, etc. From there I will tailor a marketing strategy to help increase your sales along with an operations strategy to help you automate your business.
This strategy will give you a 2 month call of action, one month of that we will work together to execute. I will tell you what needs to be changed as well as tell you how to redevelop your company for success. The following month you will continue to market and grow your company with the systems you learned the month before. You will be emailed a proposal with your 2 month call of action. And, you will have a month of working together to teach you the exact steps so you can execute.
*Any additional marketing fees are not covered within this program. Marketing fees include prices for flyers, ads, etc.

Returns Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do NOT accept refunds for length, pattern, or color. All refunds have a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are none refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Meaning, all original tags must still be on the product. The hair can not be colored, styled, or cut in anyway.(including lace)
Discounted/Sale items are final sale! Additional non-returnable items: - Gift cards - Downloadable software products To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - Extensions/products with obvious signs of use - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error - Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
All shippable products are shipped within 2-3 business days after purchase. *Please note there may be delays with shipping carriers due to Covid. We ship all orders via USPS and include tracking info. All sale items have extended shipping times and can take up to 7-10 business days for shipping. Please view product pages for exact processing times. Please note we only ship to verified billing addressees. We do not ship to different shipping addresses than the verified billing address.
Any orders that are unable to be delivered due to the wrong address or you fail to pick up the order will require the customer to pay additional shipping fees to have the products resent.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
